Your Personal and Business Information
We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our Sites, save a design, place an order, respond to a survey, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Sites. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, their name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment information for the purpose of saving your design or processing your order. For quality and maintaining customer service levels, we record both incoming and outgoing phone calls in our system. We may also review your phone calls live or after completion from time to time.
When visiting our Sites, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Sites, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to, and information about how you interact with the Sites.
We collect content in the form of a users’ design. This can include uploaded images and text which may include personal information if the user so chooses.
We will collect personal identification information from users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain site related activities, such as saving a design or placing an order.
We may retain a token of your credit card through the Stripe.com secure customer profile.
Being that logins do not require password, your design will be published if your email address is used to login by someone other than you. Your invoice will be published as well after shipping for easy access for our customers.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Sites. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about users means of connection to our Sites, such as the operating system and the internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Stranger Prints collects and uses users’ personal information for the following purposes:
• To improve customer service
Your information helps us to respond more effectively to your customer service requests and support needs.
• To personalize User experience
We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Sites.
• To improve our Sites
We continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
• To process transactions
We may use the information users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide service. We may email or text users for the purpose of processing their order.
• To administer a contest, promotion, survey, or other Site feature
To send Users information about topics we think will be of interest to them, such as monthly mailers, or additional follow-up for future business.
• For marketing and advertising purposes
The email address users provide will be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order and for marketing and advertising. It will also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. By providing us with their email address, every user is deciding to opt-in to our mailing list. They will receive emails that may include promotional messages, company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the user would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we provide an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email. We use your personal information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. How we protect your information
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our Sites. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Sites and its users happens over an SSL-secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.
Sharing your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent users’ personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and the Sites or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out emails or text messages. Do not track
Please note that we do not alter our Sites’ data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
We may retain personal information provided through our Sites for our records and for marketing purposes unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We will also retain phone call recordings both incoming and outgoing in our system.
